CADER was founded by Amer AlShammari, a seasoned HR professional with over 22 years of experience in the industry. Amer has held various leadership roles in human resources, specializing in rewards design, talent acquisition, organizational development, and strategic workforce planning. His extensive experience across multiple sectors has equipped him with a deep understanding of the unique challenges businesses face in managing their human capital. Amer's passion for bridging business goals with impactful HR strategies that deliver results on the ground led him to establish CADER.
